CORROSION PROTECTION

Whether on the construction site or in our stationary blasting and coating facilities—Rupertus-Strako GmbH refurbishes 150 to 180 ships per year, including cruise ships featuredon TV as well as frigates and container ships.

But they are also frequently used on locks, sheet pile walls, harbor and coastal fortifications, flood gates, weir systems, canal bridges, and other steel hydraulic engineering structures, asthese steel structures are particularly often exposed to aggressive environmental conditions.

BVT Chartering and Logistics GmbH specializes in the planning, transport, and shipping ofheavy cargo on land and at sea, as well as various maritime and technical services.

The fleet currently includes, among other vessels, a floating cranes (“BHV Athlet”) and heavy-lift pontoons (“BHV Innovation” and “BHV Solution”).

UVV AND MATERIAL INSPECTIONS

Vertrieb und Service GmbH offers a comprehensive range of inspection services for safetyand quality. They perform UVV inspections on gates, doors, and windows; cranes; winches, lifting, and pulling equipment; load-bearing devices; portable electrical equipment; as well asladders and shelving.

In addition, they offer non-destructive material inspection such as X-ray, ultrasonic, crack, visual, and dye penetrant testing. Wall thickness measurements are performed in accordancewith Bureau Veritas certification—reliably and in compliance with standards.

Waterjet Cutting

The extremely thin water jet precisely cuts steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, glass, marble, ceramics, wood, plastics, sealing materials, elastomers, and many other materials up to a size of 2000 mm x 4000 mm and a thickness of approximately 100 mm at a pressure of 3800 bar.

 Even bulky and soft foams—such as those used for suitcase linings—can be cut precisely to a thickness of up to approximately 200 mm.
