BVT Bremen GmbH & Co. KG
Integration of BVT Bremen into the Heinrich Rönner Group. For more than 20 years, the company has continued the shipbuilding tradition at the former Bremer Vulkan site in Bremen-Vegesack and strengthens the Group’s capabilities in the production of sophisticated ship sections, offshore components, and industrial facilities. BVT Bremen combines maritime tradition with modern manufacturing and steel construction expertise.
SET Schiffbau- u. Entwicklungsgesellschaft Tangermünde mbH
Acquisition of SET by the Heinrich Rönner Group. With the integration of the company, the Group expands its capabilities in specialized shipbuilding while securing the future of an experienced industry partner. USM-Nord Unterweser Schiff- und Maschinenbau GmbH

With its own fleet and maritime logistics expertise, BVT Chartering provides flexible solutions from a single source.

Integration of Rupertus-Strako into the Heinrich Rönner Group. Created through the merger of the companies Rupertus and Strako, the company strengthens the Group’s capabilities with extensive expertise in corrosion protection and coating technology for steel structures in shipbuilding, steel construction, and hydraulic steel engineering.

Bredo Dry Docks GmbH
The integration of BREDO DRY DOCKS into the Heinrich Rönner Group marks a significant expansion of the Group's ship repair capabilities. Lloyd Werft Bremerhaven GmbH
Acquisition of Lloyd Werft Bremerhaven by a consortium consisting of the Heinrich Rönner Group, Zech Group, and Lürssen. By securing the future of this long-established shipyard location, the company strengthens the Group’s capabilities in complex repair, conversion, and newbuild projects. FSG Shipyard GmbH
Acquisition of FSG by the Heinrich Rönner Group. With the integration of the historic Flensburg shipyard, the Group expands its expertise in specialized shipbuilding, including ferries, RoRo vessels, and offshore support ships. FSG operates one of Europe's largest covered shipbuilding halls.
