Rönner Group buys Nobiskrug steel construction department in Rendsburg
The HEINRICH RÖNNER GROUP has acquired the steel construction department of the Nobiskrug shipyard in Rendsburg. All 27 employees will be taken over and the location in Rendsburg will also be retained.
The expansion in Schleswig-Holstein to include the Nobiskrug steel construction department with all the cases is a perfect symbiosis with the other companies of the HEINRICH RÖNNER GROUP.
The Nobiskrug shipyard was sold to the Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft (FSG) last summer. The only exception to this was the shipyard's own steel construction department, which, for example, repairs and maintains the lock gates of the Nord-Ostsee-Canal on behalf of the Waterways and Shipping Office.
Within the HEINRICH RÖNNER GROUP, the company is now known as NK Stahlwasserbau GmbH & Co. KG.
